Terms of Service
By working with Akram or using my website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of Work
Before the start of any project, a clearly defined scope of work will be agreed upon in writing. This includes deliverables, timelines, and pricing, outlined via proposal, email, or project management tools.
Any additional requests or changes beyond the agreed scope will be reviewed and quoted separately. No extra work will be executed without prior approval to ensure full transparency.
2. Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure is 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final deliverables, source files, and access credentials will be provided only after full payment is received. Payments delayed beyond 7 days may result in a temporary pause of the project timeline.
We accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe, or Wise.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds (typically 2–3, depending on the scope).
Revisions are intended for refinement, not complete redesigns. Significant changes in direction after approval stages may require additional billing. Any such costs will always be communicated and approved beforehand.
4. Timelines & Deadlines
Project timelines are established in advance and are dependent on timely client feedback, content delivery, and approvals.
If there is no response from the client for more than 14 days, the project may be paused. Resuming the project may require schedule adjustments or a rebooking fee.
5. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of all final deliverables, including designs, assets, and relevant project files.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing channels unless confidentiality is requested in writing prior to project initiation.
6. Communication
We operate primarily through communication channels such as Slack, email, ZOOM, and GOOGLE MEETINGS to ensure efficiency.
Response times typically range between 24–48 hours on business days. For urgent matters or scheduled discussions, meetings can be arranged as needed.
7. Cancellations
Projects may be cancelled at any time by the client. In such cases, payment will be required for all work completed up to that point.
If a project remains inactive for more than 21 days without prior notice, it may be removed from the active schedule. Restarting the project may involve additional fees based on availability and scope.
8. Liability
We commit to delivering all work as defined in the agreed scope with professional diligence.
However, we are not liable for indirect damages, third-party technical issues (such as hosting, plugins, or CMS platforms), or outcomes resulting from the use of the final deliverables beyond our control.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, including strategies, assets, and internal data, is treated with strict confidentiality.
We do not share, reuse, or disclose any sensitive information without explicit permission. Mutual NDAs can be signed upon request before the project begins.
10. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to showcase completed work across our portfolio, case studies, and social media platforms.
If the project involves sensitive or pre-launch material, clients may request confidentiality in advance, and we will fully respect such agreements.
